Turmeric Tea
Turmeric tea has become hugely popular in recent years as we learn more about the benefits of this bright yellow spice for our health. A powerful anti-inflammatory, turmeric is used as a herbal remedy for everything from depression to arthritis.
Turmeric’s inflammation-busting benefits come primarily from its main active ingredient; a compound called curcumin. An antioxidant, this compound helps to neutralise free radicals and protect our cells from oxidative stress.
