This tea is very difficult to drink because it is very bitter. I use a lot of lemon juice. I drink this cool so I can use a straw to bypass the tongue as much as possible. A BIG BUT….it works. You will lose a lot of water so stay close to facilities. This is NOT a lose weight drink this is for liver detox. You may see the swelling in your upper tummy go down. That’s the liver getting better. This reminds me of Korean herbal remedies. Tastes really bad but it works. I’ll try to update as I detox.
